The W130 is the perfect solution for the law enforcement, utility, emergency response, data collection, field applications, and mobile workforce fields. It can be mounted in a vehicle or combined with an optional docking station to enhance the capability with a floppy drive and choice of a fixed CD-ROM, DVD-ROM & CD R/W combo drive. The docking station also provides additional I/O ports for expansion.
To accommodate the on-the-go nature of its users, the W130 provides multiple wireless communications solutions, including IEEE 802.11b Wi-Fi connectivity, GSM/GPRS and DataTAC connectivity, which allow access to the Internet through a cellular network.

Water and Dust Proof:
The unit's sealed casing is designed to prevent infiltration from rain or dust.
Sunlight Readable LCD and Touch Screen:
The W130 comes with a 12.1" TFT LCD display that can display resolutions up to 1024x768. The optional sunlight readable LCD provides users with optimum screen viewability under direct sunlight. The optional touch screen display, complete with stylus, creates an intuitive user interface.
Drop/Shock Vibration Protected:
The W130 is in full compliance with MIL-STD-810F. The die-cast magnesium alloy case and shock protected hard drive enable it withstand a 3 feet drop onto concrete or 15G of continous shock without incident.
Freezing temperature operation:
The W130 is built to handle frigid conditions. The mini-notebook is certified for operation in 0°C/32°F or optional -20°C/-2°F temperature.
