Panasonic Toughbook 29 Rugged Notebook

The Toughbook 29 is a high-performance, rugged, wireless-enabled notebook computer. Designed in accordance with MIL-STD-810F standards the rugged features include a full magnesium alloy case, a shock-mounted, removable hard disk drive, sealed port and connector covers and moisture, dust and dirt-resistant display, keyboard and touchpad.

The Toughbook 29 platform incorporates the Intel Centrino system architecture with a low-voltage 1.6GHz Centrino® M processor and comes with 256MB SDRAM (expandable up to 1280MB), a 60GB Hard Disk drive and a shock-mounted 13.3” XGA Transmissive, indoor/outdoor display.
The Toughbook 29 is equipped with multiple communications and connectivity options and supports up to four rugged internal antennas for 802.11a+b+g WLAN, Bluetooth, 1xRITT/CDMA, and GPS.  An optional desktop or vehicle mounted port replicator is also available.
